A pinch Salt
A dash Coarse Ground Black Pepper
2 cups Romaine lettuce
2 cups Kale
1 large Tomato, diced
1 medium Red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium Yellow squash, sliced or diced
1 medium Cucumber, sliced or diced
1 medium Granny Smith apple
Prepare and combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Top the salad with any of your desired dressings in the dressings section.
Serve and store leftovers (without the dressing) in an air-tight container in the fridge
