8 oz Cream cheese (one package), softened
8 oz Ricotta cheese
1/3 cup Raw honey or agave syrup
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Heat a medium saucepan on low for 30 seconds to one minute. Add all ingredients into the saucepan and stir together until mixture is creamy. It should be warm but not runny.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fill by spooning a small line of the mixture across the middle of the palacsinta and rolling it up parallel to this line. You can also try mixing the ingredients together without heating them for a different consistency.
