Palacsinta Almond Filling

 1 cup Almonds, finely chopped

1/3 cup Raw honey or agave syrup

3 tablespoons Coconut or almond milk

¼ teaspoon Pure vanilla extract


 Heat a medium saucepan on low for 30 seconds to one minute. Add all ingredients into the saucepan and stir together until mixture is creamy.

Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fill by spooning a small lin

e of the mixture across the middle of the palacsinta and rolling it up parallel to this line.
