1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil
1 clove Garlic, peeled and minced
1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup Coconut oil, liquefied
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk, mixing well.
Great over pastas as an Alfredo simulator or dipping sauce for vegetable snacks on the go. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated. Some heating will be required when using after refrigeration as the coconut oil solidifies in cold temperatures.
