2 tablespoons Chia seeds
2 cups Water or your favorite flavor of tea (peppermint is a great choice)
Simply combine the ingredients together in a bowl or dish that you plan to eat from. If you are going to use tea instead of water to flavor the pudding, make sure to heat and steep the tea for five minutes before adding the chia seeds.
Stir the seeds and then allow them to sit and soak for one to two hours.
Serve or store in an airtight container for later.
