Broccoli and Chia Salad

 4 cups              Broccoli Florets

1/3 cup Pecans, chopped

½ medium Red Onion, julienned

½ cup Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon              Raw honey

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds, soaked in ¾ cup water for one hour

 Directions:

 Whip mayonnaise, raw honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds together in a medium-sized bowl with an eggbeater until well blended.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion and pecans.

Dribble mayonnaise dressing all over salad mix to coat evenly.

Allow to chill in the fridge and serve.
