2 cups Balsamic vinegar
½ cup Raw honey or agave syrup
Mix vinegar and sugar or honey together in a pan over medium heat.
Stir frequently until sugar has dissolved.
Once you have brought the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the volume has reduced by half its size, approximately 20 minutes.
Once done, the reduction should coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store in a sealable jar and refrigerate.
*The taste is a combination of sweet and tangy, great to experiment drizzling over any number of dishes from poultry to pasta and salads to stir-fry.
