Baked Peaches

 4 ripe Peaches, pitted and halved

4 1/2 tablespoons Salted, organic stick butter, sliced into ½ tablespoon pads

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

2 teaspoons Your choice of sweetener

 Directions:

 Preheat the oven to 350˚ Fahrenheit

Grease a 9” x 13” glass dish or baking pan with ½ tablespoon butter

Place the peach halves in the dish face up. Put one pad of butter into the center of each peach half and then sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over each peach half.

Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tops of the peaches are slightly brown.

Serve immediately or store in a sealable container to eat later.
