Avocado Ranch

 1 Ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks

3 tablespoons Full fat sour cream

½ cup Heavy cream

3 tablespoons White vinegar

½ Freshly squeezed lemon (juice)

2 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced

1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)



Combine ingredients together in a blender or food processor, adding the avocado last so that it does not block or slow the blade. Blend until smooth.

Having all the qualities of classic ranch, use as a dip for snacking or dressing for salads or chicken. If you are less partial to dairy, the sour cream can be substituted for plain or full fat Greek yogurt and the heavy cream for buttermilk. The choice is yours. Be sure to keep refrigerated in a sealed container, you do not want this beauty spoiling!
